Dear Ladies, ending a relationship could be TRAGIC if you do not manage the process properly, especially if your partner is evil and heartless.
Winifred Okey (23-yr old), Home Economics Graduate of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia, was posted to Rivers State for the mandatory NYSC in November 2012. She died while still serving on the 31st July 2013.
The young corper and her friend were set ablaze at the corper’s lodge in Asari Toru Local Government by her ex-boyfriend on the 19th July 2013. Reports informs that she received several threats from her ex who was against her decision to end their relationship.
Her parents and siblings claim they don't know the suspect who allegedly went to her room at night, emptied a keg of petrol on the door and set the building on fire. The victim and her friend were rescued but she had been badly burnt.
Winfred gave up the ghost due to the high degree of burns she sustained as a result of the fire incident. The suspect whose name is still unknown is in police custody.
