Lateef Sulaiman(21) was arrested at the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre at Majidun in Ikorodu for scaling a 14ft fence where he normally sleeps with deranged women by offering them N200.
Initially, most people would have thought that he probably did it for rituals but after his confession, he surprisingly sleeps with mad women just to satisfy his sexual urge as reported HERE.
He has been charged by the Lagos State Environment and Special Offences agency & arraigned at the Special Offences Court, Alausa, Ikeja on a four-count charge for scaling the 14-feet fence of the rehabilitation home and sleeping with mentally ill inmates, thus committing an offence punishable under the laws of Lagos State.
Some time in jail will do him a lot of good.
