Grammy Award Winning Artist, Usher, won the battle for custody of his Two sons as his ex-wife broke down in tears after the ruling at Atlanta, USA.
Tamera(Usher's ex-wife) had filed for custody of the children(Usher V, five, and Naviyd, four) after the youngest almost drowned in a pool while being looked after by Usher's aunt, Rena Oden.
Before dismissing the case, Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger said he wasn't certain anyone really could have done anything to prevent the accident. But he also advised Usher to keep his ex-wife well advised of his whereabouts and who's taking care of the children.In an emotional display of Solidarity, Usher hugged his ex-wife after the session.
