We honestly don't know the answer to the question above but we will keep campaigning against it as a 6-yr-old girl was reportedly defiled in Ebonyi.

Officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ebonyi State command, on Thursday, arrested a 64-year-old man for allegedly raping a 6-year-old girl at Agbaenyim in Izzi Local government area of the state.
It was gathered that the suspect, Peter Edigbo, would have been lynched by members of the community if not for the timely intervention of the NSCDC. According to the command, the victim said it was the second time the suspect committed the act against her.
The Corps’ Public Relations Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Corps, ASC Emmanuel Nwali, said that after investigation, the suspect would be transferred to the appropriate Agency responsible for handling such heinous crimes.
Nwali revealed that the suspect was notorious for such acts, as alleged by the village head and other members of the community.“So far, we are still investigating the case and after that we are going to hand over the case to the appropriate quarters because that is not one of our core mandates at NSCDC,” he said.
