DAD IMPREGNATED ME FIVE TIMES
Aziza Kibibi, one of the daughters of Nigeria born award winning music video director, Aswad Ayinde, who was recently sentenced to about 90 years behind bars in the US, for raping and impregnating two of his children said that her father started raping her when she was EIGHT years old.
He also abused and impregnated her sister as well. My guess is that the stupid man must have been insane for a long time but was unnoticed.

ACID HORROR IN ZANZIBAR
Two british volunteers Kirstie Trup and Katie Gee were flown back to Britain after someone splashed battery acid on them in the small African Country of Zanzibar.
The teenage victims of the acid attack may have been targeted in a revenge attack by a spurned admirer, according to friends on the idyllic island. They are currently receiving treatment in London and may require multiple surgeries.

BLESSING OKAGBARE CLINCHED SILVER IN LONG JUMP EVENT
The woman popularly referred to as the "HOPE OF THE NATION" at the 2013 IAAF World Championship, BLESSING OKAGBARE has won silver medal in the long jump event.
She jumped 6.99m just 2cm shy of the effort by the eventual winner, USA's Brittney Reese who jumped 7.01m.
Blessing will continue her quest for glory as she competes in the 100m Women's final today.
Nigeria last won a medal at the IAAF meeting over a decade ago. God bless OKAGBARE.

CHILDREN & THE SCOURGE OF RAPE IN NIGERIA
The rate at which RAPISTS are taking advantage of children in Nigeria is very alarming. Gone were those days when RAPE was usually associated with adult girls.
Moreover , very few cases are reported to relevant authorities which implies that we might be dealing with a bigger monster than it seems.

CHINA'S IVORY CRAZE KILLING AFRICA'S ELEPHANTS
Africa's Elephants are on the verge of extinction and it's amazing that this grave disaster is being engineered by a few number of wealthy people in China.
Ivory, popularly referred to as "WHITE GOLD" in China (the number One market for ivory in the world) is currently in very HIGH DEMAND. Ivory and rhino horn powder are valued for ceremonial purposes, for religious purposes and cultural purposes in Asian countries like China, Vietnam, other parts of Asia.
About 2 decades ago, when Africa's Elephant population dropped from 1.3M to an unprecedented "600,000 ", a ban was placed on the sale and purchase of ivory. The story is currently not the same as 90% of the dead elephants found recently in the Central Africa Countries had been poached.(hunted illegally & their tusk removed).

USHER WINS BATTLE FOR CUSTODY OF HIS SONS AFTER NEARLY FATAL POOL ACCIDENT
Grammy Award Winning Artist, Usher, won the battle for custody of his Two sons as his ex-wife broke down in tears after the ruling at Atlanta, USA.
Tamera(Usher's ex-wife) had filed for custody of the children(Usher V, five, and Naviyd, four) after the youngest almost drowned in a pool while being looked after by Usher's aunt, Rena Oden.
Before dismissing the case, Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger said he wasn't certain anyone really could have done anything to prevent the accident. But he also advised Usher to keep his ex-wife well advised of his whereabouts and who's taking care of the children.In an emotional display of Solidarity, Usher hugged his ex-wife after the session.

UNIDENTIFIED BOY DROWNS AT LAGOS BAR BEACH DURING EID-EL-FITRI CELEBRATION
A teenage boy drowned at the bar beach in Lagos yesterday as fun seekers celebrated the Eid-el-fitri festival.
Three people were reported to have attempted to save the boy but the ocean surge was intense hence they couldn't risk their own lives as well. The boy's corpse is yet to be identified.

RONALDO SHINES AGAINST CHELSEA.....(VIDEO)
Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice earlier today as Real Madrid beat Chelsea (now managed by Jose Mourinho) to clinch the 2013 edition of the International Champions Cup held in the USA.
The match ended 3-1 in favour of Real Madrid. Marcelo scored the first goal which was immediately equalised by Ramires . Ronaldo then scored a trademark freekick and a brilliant header to put the match beyond Chelsea's reach.
It was a good display from Ronaldo who had earlier been criticised by his former boss, Mourinho

LANDLORD SETS 6 YOUTHS ABLAZE FOR SMOKING HEMP
One Mukaila Adebesin has been arrested by the Police in Ogun State for allegedly setting ablaze six people in Ita Balogun Compund, Ago-Oko, Abeokuta.
The victims were reported to have been gambling and smoking indian hemp inside Mukaila's compound. He reportedly instructed them to vacate his premises, a warning they refused to heed.
He emptied petrol on them after a heated argument and they caught fire from a stick of the Indian hemp being smoked by one of them. They suffered high degree burns due to the incident.”
The victims are currently receiving treatment at Government & Private Hospitals.

POLICE CAUGHT ON CAMERA DEMANDING BRIBE HAS BEEN DISMISSED
The Nigeria Police Force has dismissed the sergeant caught on camera demanding for N25,000 bribe from a motorist in Lagos.
Chris Omeleze, with force number 192954,and attached to the State Traffic Division, Ikeja, saw his 21 years service come to a shameful end. This swift action by the POLICE hierarchy is commendable as this will serve as a deterrent to the "BAD EGGS" in the force.
Let me however warn people to be careful when they attempt to gather evidence against any erring Policeman. If you're caught, the Policeman might become violent and you might be faced with safety issues.

HOW "ASK.FM" ENGINEERED SUICIDE OF 4 TEENAGERS.
Recall that we blogged about the outcry for the closure of Social Media site ASK.FM. This demand is growing by the day as the site has now been implicated in the deaths of 4 Teenagers including 2 sisters after strangers bullied them online
