Khloe Kardashian has called off her divorce from Lamar Odom. TMZ reports that her lawyer Laura Wasser was in court this morning and asked the judge to withdraw the papers that would end the couple's marriage. The judge granted the request.
Khloe originally filed for divorce in late 2013, but the pair did not sign off on the documents until July of this year.
The papers had still not been processed however due to a backlog in the city of Los Angeles.
The news also shows that Odom is continuing to get better as he had to sign off on a document to get the divorce dismissed.
Meanwhile, pictures of Odom being transferred by helicopter from Las Vegas to a hospital in Los Angeles show Khloe close to him the entire time.
A helicopter landed on the roof of Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas on Monday as the basketball player was flown to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA.
Khloe, 31, led the way as the group headed towards the chopper, while Odom was seen with multiple tubes coming out of his nose and body.
This comes as it was revealed Odom had taken his first steps after arriving in Los Angeles.
He has been visited at Cedars-Sinai by friends and family including Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Master P.

Alvina Alston, who has been speaking publicly for Odom's aunt JaNean Mercer said of the basketball player's recovery; 'He continues to make miraculous progress, taking a few steps in Los Angeles.'
However, Odom is still facing many challenges and may need to get a transplant as his kidneys are failing and have yet to recover following his recent bender at a Nevada brothel.
The news of the couple getting back together comes just one day after it was reported that Khloe and her boyfriend James Harden, 26, had decided to split after a few months of dating.
TMZ reported that Khloe began to realize she still had feelings for Odom when she rushed to see him in the hospital and just days later called it quits with Harden, who is also a basketball player.
TMZ spoke with a source familiar with the basketball star's condition, who said one of the reasons Odom is moving to Los Angeles for care is that his 'kidneys are shot'.
Khloe, meanwhile, took a moment on Tuesday to make her first public statement since his collapse.
In a message posted on her app and website she wrote: 'The past week has been incredibly difficult. I'm so thankful for family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar.
'I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work.'
She said of Odom's condition: 'Incredible strides have been made.'
Khloe made it clear she was touched by the 'outpouring of love', saying that without the 'strength' the support gave her 'it would have been difficult to endure'.
Signing off, the 31-year-old wrote: 'Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!'
The rest of the Kardashians were seen getting back to work on Tuesday, with Kendall and Kylie Jenner spotted at the Balmain x H&M fashion show in New York City, Kourtney shopping with good friend Courtnay Semel, and Kim making an appearance at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show in Los Angeles with husband Kanye West.
Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble were also seen shopping after they visited Lamar and Khloe at the hospital.
It is still not known if Rob Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner - who were both incredibly close to the athlete - have visited him at this time.
It is also not known if Odom's children Lamar Jr. and Destiny have traveled to Los Angeles or if they have gone back to New York City.
Kim was also celebrating her birthday on Wednesday, and Khloe posted a message to her sister on Facebook saying; 'Happy birthday Keeks!! I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!! You continuously amaze me by how you do it all. Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!'
Earlier on Monday the Daily Mail Online obtained photos from inside the Love Ranch brothel suite where Odom romped with two prostitutes and consumed a mystery cocktail of drink and drugs.
The first of the three pictures shows the 35-year-old siting barefooted on a couch, looking drained and disheveled.
His head is bowed and his eyes are barely open as he clasps a half-full bottle of water, wearing a red t-shirt.
A woman's bare legs can also be seen in the shot which was taken between 7:30pm and 8:30pm - around 18 hours before Lamar was found unconscious with white foam dripping from his mouth.
In the second and third images, the 6ft 10in former athlete is seen sprawled across a king-size bed.
Taken between 11:30pm and 11:45pm they appear to show him either sleeping or unconscious beneath a duvet in brothel boss Dennis Hof's private suite.
What appeared to be sex toys, candles and lubricant can be seen on the dresser along with what looks like a copy of Hof's raunchy memoir - The Art of the Pimp.
A zipped-up red-and-black sports bag is on the wooden floor next to the bed.
Love Ranch sources say the images were taken by one of the two hookers who Lamar picked out of a line-up when he arrived at the remote sex den in Crystal, Nevada, on Saturday.
Petite blondes Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe visited him as often as six times a day for 'private party sessions' before entering his room and finding him unconscious at around 2.30pm Tuesday.
Lamar was initially thought to have taken cocaine and herbal Viagra but Daily Mail Online later revealed he had in fact taken a 'speedball' - an intravenous injection of cocaine with heroin or methadone.
Love Ranch management insist they have a zero-tolerance attitude towards drugs and make their adult performers sign agreements allowing them to spot search their rooms.
But reports soon surfaced stating that medics had found a needle mark on Lamar's arm and 'every drug imaginable' in his system.
'When the first photo was taken early Monday evening you can see he was sitting up and looked OK,' said our insider.
'That was right before they left to get food at Walmart. He wanted watermelon and a bunch more food including ice cream - we don't know what else they bought.'
The source said the two girls returned with the food but Lamar was already asleep and didn't eat it.
It is not clear from the later images of the former Los Angeles Laker if he was merely asleep or already in the throes of an overdose. However there are no visible signs suggesting he was unwell.
'It's hard to tell if had taken anything at that point, added the source. 'He did take naps all the time throughout his stay.
'The girl who took these pictures has kept the time-stamps because she believes it proves he was OK when she left him.'
