X Factor(UK) contestant Tamera Foster was reportedly caught shoplifting make-up from Boots just a month after her first audition for the show.
The gifted 16-year-old singer and two of her friends were spotted by security guards trying to leave the store in Gravesend, Kent, on July 24th, 2013.
However, after being held by security guards, bosses at the store decided to deal with teenager Tamera through 'restorative justice', the paper quotes Kent Police as saying.
In this case, a manager at the store would have asked Tamera why she stole the products, and apologise for the incident rather than getting the police involved and pressing charges.
Tamera is also believed to have paid for the products she attempted to steal in full.

Since the incident, Tamera is said to have issued a grovelling apology to X Factor bosses, telling them: 'I'm so so sorry.' A source added 'She is really remorseful for what she has done and has said sorry to everyone on the show for letting them down. She is distraught.'
The shoplifting allegations are not the only controversial headline Tamera has faced during time on The X Factor so far.
Earlier this month, Tamera's boyfriend Joshante Amihyia, 20, claimed that she stole him from another woman.
He said: 'What she wants, she gets, and when I was in a relationship, she wanted me.
'We were texting each other and we kissed several times behind my girlfriend’s back, although we didn’t sleep together.'
It remains to be seen just how the revelations will affect Tamera's chances on this weekend's live shows.
On Thursday, bookmakers William Hill still had her down as favourite to win the show with odds of 3/1.
This weekend will see Tamera compete alongside her fellow contestants during Love and Heartbreak week, singing her own take on Emeli Sande and Labrinth's Beneath Your Beautiful.
