A South African, Michael Peter has been murdered in Ijegun, Ikotun area of Lagos. He was a construction engineer with HiTech Construction Company until his murder. He was reportedly dismembered by his killers who used knives and machetes to perpetrate out the criime.
Reports indicates that he was tortured to death as his assailants cut his hands and legs. Other occupants of the building probably didn't hear him scream because of the noise of the generator which powers the house.
The matter is under investigation by SCID even as other expartriates in the building have been relocated.
Peter was in charge of the road construction from Ijegun Road to Jakande Estate gate before his demise
