TUFACE THE WISE INVESTOR.

Music star, 2Face Idibia now has two more property in Lekki, Lagos, ENCOMIUM Weekly can authoritatively reveal. With a five-bedroom duplex at Richmond Gate Estate, 2Face is one of the many prominent Nigerians who bought into the home plan of Haven Homes, a Lagos based real estate company.


Haven Homes (1)Confirming this in a phone chat with us on Saturday, March 29, 2014, an official of Haven Homes who pleaded anonymity said the multi-millionaire singer is now the owner of two of the massive Lekki, Lagos duplexes worth over N400 million.

Describing the luxury edifice, our source said it is a “five unit bedroom duplex with a gym, mini studio, two sitting rooms, terrace, among other personalised components”.

Officially opened on Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30, 2014, Haven Homes newest estate, Richmond Gate, Lekki, Lagos, has reportedly been sold out as more and more celebs desire to own a property there.

“The real estate company even has a fresh list of subscribers waiting for another two years to acquire their units.”

2Face declined comments when ENCOMIUM Weekly called him on this on Sunday, March 30, 2014, through his spokesman, Bayo Omisore. Haven Homes, when contacted, also said they don’t disclose the identity of their clients, though they admitted opening the new luxury estate worth billions of naira.

Haven Homes (2)An Ambassador to Haven Homes, alongside enterprising entertainer, Ayo Makun (AY), 2Face is investing massively in real estate. The African Queen creator already has property in Festac, Ikeja and Lagos Island.

Estate valuers said the music star may be targeting a property empire in excess of over N2 billion in five years.

And now bankable to a large extent, Innocent Ujah Idibia (that’s his real names) also runs Hypertek, an entertainment company and record label, owns Rumours Lounge in Ikeja and Festac, among other business interests.

Not yet satisfied, the Benue-born artiste, Zain ambassador and father of seven children, has now acquired two more five-bedroom duplexes in a luxury estate in the high brow Lekki axis of Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial and entertainment capital.
